About the Working Group

Mission & goals

The SPAC Working Group was created to provide a vehicle for ANPED members to increase their knowledge, capacity and effectiveness in promoting sustainable production and consumption policy and practice.

The five goals of the SPAC Working Group, as affirmed at the 2003 AGM, are to:

  1. Keep ANPED members informed about SPAC developments.
  2. Raise public awareness and knowledge about SPAC.
  3. Build knowledge and capacity among ANPED members and civil society.
  4. Build a strong network to address these issues.
